CHICK PEAS AND SOYA TICKKI

minutes *Cooking time: 10 minutes makes 4 tikkis
Ingredients
½ cup boiled and drained chick
peas (kabuli channa).
½ cup soya granules
1 tsp finely chopped mint leaves
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1tsp finely chopped ginger
salt to taste Other ingredients
1 tsp oil for cooking
PROCEDURE
- Soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes.Drain
and squeeze out all.
- Blend together the chick peas,soya gtanules and mint, in a
blender to a smooth paste.
- Add the green chillies,ginger salt and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into round
,flat tikkis.
- Cook them in a non stick pan using a little oil till both sides
are golden brown.
Serve
hot with a chutney of your choice.
